Can I use just one service, or do I need all three?
Each service stands alone. Some owners start with Concept Development, review the output, and then decide whether to continue. Others arrive with a brief in hand and want documentation only. If your build is already underway and you need someone on the ground, Procurement and Coordination works independently from the start.
How long does each service take?
Concept Development runs two to three weeks from your first session. A Full Design Package typically takes four to eight weeks depending on room count and feedback speed. Procurement and Coordination extends across the active build period, which varies by contractor. We can talk through your contractor's programme at the enquiry stage.
Do you take projects outside Bangsar?
Yes. Most of our work sits within the Klang Valley — Mont Kiara, Damansara, Ampang, Cheras, Subang Jaya, and central KL are all part of our regular working area. Apartments further afield are considered case by case. Get in touch and we can discuss whether the logistics work for both sides.
What does the RM 480 concept package include, and what is outside it?
The Concept Development fee covers two consultations, one site visit, and a presentation document: mood references, draft layout, and a written spatial narrative. One round of revisions is included. Construction drawings, 3D views, material schedules, and contractor communication fall under the Full Design Package.
Do you work with my existing contractor?
We work with whoever you appoint. If you are still searching, we can suggest names that have built from our documents before — but there are no referral arrangements and no obligation to use them. The Coordination service is designed to sit alongside any contractor, not to replace your relationship with them.
Is the 3D package suitable for sharing with a contractor?
Yes — that is one of its main purposes. The Full Design Package produces documentation with enough detail for a contractor to price and build from. The 3D views help you confirm material choices before purchase; the floor plans, schedules, and specifications communicate intent to the people doing the work.
